BSS138

Symbol: BSS138 Library: Transistor_FET Category: MOSFET Pins: 3 Package: SOT-23

Description

The BSS138 is a small-signal N-channel MOSFET in SOT-23. Low threshold (0.8-1.5V) makes it perfect for 3.3V logic-level switching. Most commonly used as a bidirectional I2C/SPI level shifter (3.3V to 5V) with two resistors.
