Pin Header 2x05

Package: PinHeader_2x05_P2.54mm_Vertical Library: Connector_PinHeader_2.54mm Category: Connector Pads: 10 Pitch: 2.54mm Body Size: 5.08 x 12.70mm Mounting: Through-Hole

Description

The 2x05 (10-pin) dual-row pin header at 2.54mm pitch is the standard connector for ARM JTAG/SWD debugging interfaces (the Cortex Debug connector), AVR ISP programming, and 10-pin ribbon cable connections. Compatible with IDC connectors for flat ribbon cables, making it ideal for inter-board communication in prototypes and production systems. Also used as generic 10-pin expansion headers on development boards. The shrouded variant (with key) prevents reversed cable insertion.

Usage Notes

  • Standard through-hole mounting with wave or hand soldering
  • Drill sizes follow IPC-2222 specifications
  • Compatible with standard 2.54mm breadboard pitch
