Search the Adom Wiki for the library component "74HC14" (slug: 74hc14) at https://wiki-ufypy5dpx93o.adom.cloud/wiki/libraries/74hc14. Pull down the KiCad symbol, footprint, and 3D model files from the wiki page's assets. Install them into my current KiCad project and register in sym-lib-table and fp-lib-table. If the page has a datasheet URL, save that too.
The 74HC14 contains six independent Schmitt-trigger inverters. The hysteresis on the inputs makes them ideal for cleaning up noisy signals, debouncing switches, and converting slow edges to clean digital transitions.
