Design

  • Raised "LCS" lettering (24pt, 3mm height)
  • "WARRIORS" text below (8pt, 2mm height)
  • Personalized name line (customizable per student)
  • Decorative shield/chevron behind the text
  • Raised border frame with rounded corners
  • Angled kickstand on the back for desk display
  • Two stabilizer feet for stability

Dimensions

  • Base: 120mm x 45mm x 5mm
  • Total with stand: approximately 120mm x 45mm x 30mm
  • Print time: about 1.5 hours on Bambu Lab

Print Settings

  • Material: PLA (navy blue or gold recommended)
  • Layer height: 0.2mm
  • Infill: 15-20%
  • Supports: not needed if printed face-down
  • Bed adhesion: brim recommended

Customization

Edit lcs-nameplate.py and change the name text to any student's name. Re-run the Python script to generate a new STEP file.
