Description

The SOT-23 is the dominant surface-mount transistor package, housing MOSFETs, BJTs, diodes, and small regulators. At roughly 2.9 x 1.3mm with 0.95mm pitch, the three-pin SOT-23 balances tiny board footprint with easy soldering. The KiCad 3D model accurately represents the molded plastic body, gull-wing leads, and pin-1 marking.
