D_SMA (DO-214AC)

Package: D_SMA Library: Diode_SMD Category: Diode Package 3D Model: D_SMA.step Format: STEP

Description

The SMA (DO-214AC) is a standard surface-mount diode package handling up to 2A forward current. The asymmetric body with a cathode band makes polarity identification easy. Used for Schottky rectifiers (SS34, SS54), TVS protection diodes (SMBJ series), and signal diodes. The 3D model shows the molded body with wrap-around terminals and cathode marking.
