Description

The LQFP-48 is a 48-pin low-profile quad flat package with 0.5mm pitch and a 7 x 7mm body. It provides pins on all four sides, enabling efficient routing for microcontrollers and complex ICs. This 3D model is from the official KiCad Package_QFP.3dshapes library. The model is available in STEP format and can be used in any 3D CAD tool.
