Description

The LQFP-100 is a 100-pin low-profile quad flat package at 14 x 14mm with 0.5mm pitch. With 25 pins per side, it provides the I/O density needed for high-end STM32F4/F7 microcontrollers, Lattice ICE40 FPGAs, and complex peripheral controllers. The 3D model shows the large square body with dense fine-pitch gull-wing leads on all four sides and the pin-1 chamfer.

This 3D model is from the official KiCad Package_QFP.3dshapes library. The model is available in STEP format and can be used in any 3D CAD tool.
